TFCC Pain

Your TFCC are ligaments that help support that side of your wrist. It is common to have pain in this area especially after injury to the wrist.

Pain on the pinky finger side of your wrist may be from triangular fibro cartilage complex (TFCC) tears, arthritis pain, or tendon irritation.

Pain on the pinky side of your wrist that worsens with repetative use or end ranges of motion.

Wrist bracing and avoiding things that cause pain is usually the initial treatment. Some hand and wrist exercises may help stabilize the wrist and alleviate the condition. Eventually,  cortisone injections into the wrist or surgery could be done in continually painful cases.
